Shoes did not arrive. PG refunded my overnight delivery fee ONLY. I have been waiting for more than 10 days to receive a refund of the shoes after they didn’t arrive on 12/9…and then they put an investigation with UPS on 12/13. I received my shipping fee as refund only, but I never received the shoes and they won’t refund the purchase price. What happens when someone can’t afford to wait for the refund and now they can’t buy another gift? It isn’t my fault I didn’t receive the shoes.
I love these sneakers and have worn them walking all over Europe! Perfect fit, truly comfortable from day one. A bit disappointed with the last two pairs, the side rubber is coming loose from the leather top.

This is my second par. The first one Perfect! This pair not so much.
I emailed Paul Green a week ago no response yet. I believe I will try to call Tommow on Monday.
Each shoe has loose looking leather that puffs out, inner part of leather of each shoe, on outside.
I sent pics no response. I would like a new pair only a week old & wore once.
Well I just ordered my second pair tonight. They fit Perfectly and support my high arch & hight instep!

Just rush customer service mirdd ed more responsive & supportive of customer…
